Our agreement terms and service conditions
1. Services
K-Tech Somali provides custom software development services including but not limited to healthcare systems, business SaaS platforms, custom applications, and system integrations. All services are provided on a project basis with agreed-upon specifications and timelines.
2. Project Agreements
Each project will be governed by a separate agreement that includes:
- Detailed project scope and deliverables
- Timeline and milestones
- Payment terms and schedule
- Intellectual property rights
- Support and maintenance terms
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of the custom software developed for their project, including source code and documentation. K-Tech Somali retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific code in future projects.
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment structure:
- Initial deposit (typically 30-50%) upon project commencement
- Milestone payments as specified in project agreement
- Final payment upon project completion and delivery
5. Warranties and Liability
We warrant that all software will be developed with professional care and will function as specified in the project agreement. We provide bug fixes and corrections during the warranty period (typically 30-90 days post-launch). Our liability is limited to the total project cost.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, project details, and proprietary data. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Existing project agreements remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of signing.
